Twelve weeks built from your answers, and every day you know exactly what to do.

Twelve weeks, built from your answers.
Tell Atlas what you want, how often you train now, which days you can train and what to go easy on. It builds the plan on your phone: three blocks of four, with lighter weeks at four and eight, and a last week that repeats the first, so you can see how far you came. No equipment: every session works with the floor and a chair.

Today, already decided.
Open Atlas and today’s session is waiting, sized to your level. Press start and the player takes over: it counts you in, times every interval, names what comes next and plays music, so the phone can stay on the floor.

Progress from the work itself.
Every session you finish is counted: your workouts, your time, and each week against the plan. Nothing to type in.
